What’s all inclusive pricing really mean?

No tricks here, just like it says. The price you see is the price you pay total which includes shipping within the United States, shipping insurance, your jewelry and any and all stone enhancements you’d like to add. Multiple breastmilk samples from each journey? Included. Want all the hand crushed opals, shimmers, AND flakes? Add it all- it’s on me.

I don’t see my ring size?

Message me directly for quotes on smaller/larger sizes.

What is breastmilk jewelry?

Our breastmilk jewelry is a beautiful reminder of the precious moments spent nurturing your baby. Crafted to commemorate your special journey. I start by turning your breastmilk into a powder and then from there I turn it into a hard stone and set it into jewelry.

What other things can you make jewelry out of?

I can make jewelry from almost anything. Teeth, cremation ashes, encapsulated placenta, pregnancy tests, fabric. Contact me for special requests.

How do I know it’s my breastmilk, ashes, etc?

I take extreme pride in my work and business. I would never purposely jeopardize that by taking short cuts. If you need any reassurance, I would be happy to video myself make your exact piece start to finish.

Is my breastmilk too old?

As long as it is not moldy, I can work with it!

How long will my stone last?

If you properly care for your keepsake, your stone will last forever.

How do I care for my piece?

Don’t hesitate to wear it! However, to maintain its quality and appearance, avoid exposing it to water, prolonged sunlight, or harsh chemicals such as cleaning products, perfumes, or lotions. With proper care, it will retain its beauty for years to come.

Can I return my item?

Due to the custom nature of these pieces, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted. However, I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your piece arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact me within one week of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the issue in your email so I can work with you to resolve it promptly.

Do you warranty your work?

My work includes a 60-day warranty from the date of receipt. If your stone falls out during this period, you may return the stone and setting for remounting. Many local jewelers can also assist with resetting. I use high-grade, tested resin, but all resins carry a risk of discoloration. To minimize this, avoid heat, chemicals, and water exposure. If discoloration occurs within the first 60 days, please contact me.

What metal options do you offer?

I offer settings in rose gold, yellow gold, and white gold, available in either gold-plated or solid gold options. Please note that the plating on gold-plated pieces will wear off over time but can be reapplied by a local jeweler. Underneath the plating is solid 925 sterling silver, which will not discolor the skin. Gold-plated options are offered at a more affordable price to ensure memory jewelry remains accessible to everyone. If you plan to wear your piece daily and are concerned about plating wear, I recommend choosing solid 14k or 18k gold for greater durability.

What if my piece gets lost in the mail?

I’ve got us covered. While I hope this NEVER happens, we all know it does from time to time. After your jewelry leaves my position I have no control over postal mistakes BUT I do insure all my packages to cover a replacement to make another one if needed.

Do you warranty your work?

My jewelry comes with lifetime support. If your stone falls out, you may return the stone and setting for remounting at any time. Many local jewelers can also assist with resetting. I use a high-grade jewelry resin, but all resins carry a risk of discoloration. To minimize this avoid prolonged sun exposure, heat, chemicals, and water exposure. While my sincerest hope is that nothing ever goes wrong with your jewelry, I can fix most issues and customer satisfaction is incredibly important to me. I completely warranty my work for 60 days but even if you’re years past that- please reach out to me with any concerns as we can always work something out!

How much milk do you need?

1oz is a safe amount in case there’s any leakage but with careful packaging I can work with less if I need to.

How much of my loved ones ashes will you need?

About 1/2tsp for most pieces and anything I don’t use will be sent right back to you with your jewelry.

What is your turn around time?

I try my hardest to have your jewelry in your possession 4-8 weeks from the time I receive your inclusions. Turn around times do vary and I will keep you updated if your piece is taking longer than usual.

How many dogs do you have?

5 Novella Stones mascots- all Great Danes.
