How much milk or inclusions do I send?
You only need 0.5oz of thawed milk or a small pinch of ashes, hair, placenta, etc.
Triple-bag for protection, label with your name + order number, and ship. Follow the instructions on the “How to Send Inclusions” page.
Do you accept frozen, expired, years old milk?
Yes! I can preserve milk of any age, any condition- frozen, expired, even milk that’s been in the freezer for years. It all works beautifully.
Is there any warranty?
I stand behind my craftsmanship and offer continued support for your keepsake stone.
How long until I receive my keepsake?
My turnaround time is 5–9 weeks, depending on volume. Each piece is handcrafted with love, and I always work as quickly as possible while keeping quality perfect.
